Mrs. Jenni, Mrs. Dulce, and Mrs. Maria are the teachers in our Butterflies classroom. Children in this classroom focus on more academic activities and Kindergarten skills that are much needed such as self-help and self-care skills, problem-solving, responding to open-ended questions, rhyming, phonics and letter recognition, literacy skills, and more! They engage in different topics and themes weekly and parent participation is greatly appreciated. Our Butterflies have a more structured daily schedule where we strongly ask for children to be here by 9:30 A.M. so that they are able to participate and engage in breakfast; which promotes social and talking skills, and circle time right after.
