Mrs. Brisa, Ms. DorothyAnn, Mrs. Dulce, Mrs. Yadira, and Mrs. Maria are the teachers in our Pre-K classrooms. Children in these classrooms focus on more academic activities and Kindergarten skills that are much needed, such as self-help and self-care skills, problem-solving, responding to open-ended questions, rhyming, phonics and letter recognition, literacy skills, and more! They engage in different topics and themes monthly, and parent participation is greatly appreciated. Our Pre-K classrooms have a more structured daily schedule where we strongly ask for children to be here by 9:30 A.M. so that they are able to participate and engage in breakfast, which promotes social and talking skills, and circle time right after.
